Because our products are made to order, we follow a simple and fair return policy to ensure a smooth experience for all customers.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer:

or 

✔ A full refund

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a brief description of the issue and clear photos.

🚫 Returns Not Accepted for Buyer’s Remorse

Because each product is custom-made when you place an order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Choosing the wrong color or design
  • Change of mind
  • General dissatisfaction unrelated to product quality

Please review your order details carefully before checking out.

🔄 Exchanges

Exchanges are only provided for defective or damaged items.
We cannot exchange products for different sizes, colors, or designs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

💳 Refund Processing Time

Once your return or replacement request is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the posting.

  2. Description of the issue
  3. Photos of the damaged or defective item
